Why I process your personal data

I collect, store and use your personal data to issue quotes, to provide you with the services you request and to comply with legal requirements.

What personal data I collect

I collect personal data sent via my contact form, my email address and the comments section on my blog. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your explicit consent.

How long I keep your personal data

I keep your personal data to process your requests and to comply with legal requirements. If you contract my services, I keep your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship and for as long as contractual obligations require me to. After this period, the data will be blocked and will only be accessible in the event of claims or possible liabilities arising from them during the legally stipulated periods.

Who else receives your personal data?

If you contract any of my services, TRADDE (Grupo Asegi), my accountant, will have access to the personal data on my invoices. TRADDE is located in Bilbao (Spain) and is compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. We have signed a confidentiality agreement that stipulates that TRADDE undertakes to treat all personal data to which it has access as confidential and only disclose personal data to third parties when there are legal grounds to do so.

You can contact me by email to exercise your rights to access, rectify, erase, object to or restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. To do so, you must provide me with a copy of an official identification document, the reason for the request and your address for notice. If you have any concerns about how I process your personal data, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at C/Jorge Juan n.º 6, 28001, Madrid, at http://www.aepd.es/ or with the supervisory authority where you live.
